Membership and Registration Download the above registration form and mail or email it to us. Osage Gardens is unique in that we offer Community Supported Agriculture Programs by the season. We utilize our greenhouses to provide fresh, organic produce during the spring, summer and fall / winter seasons. First, you sign up as an Osage Gardens CSA member by paying the annual membership fee. This is a once-a-year fee that secures your spot as a member and goes towards paying some of the administrative costs of running a CSA. Members will always get priority sign up for each upcoming CSA Program before registration is opened up to the public. Membership fees include a weekly newsletter, recipes, and invitations to CSA workdays and farm events and the opportunity to enjoy the farm each week. You can pay the membership fee at any time in the year but it is required either before or at the time of registering for your first CSA Program. Second, register for the CSA Program. You can either fill out a registration form,or provide us with the following information when you send in your check or call in with your credit card number: Name, Address, Phone Number, EMAIL, and Pickup location. Please include any additional email addresses that you would like Osage Garden's emails to be sent to as well as a phone number where we can reach you on your designated Pickup day. |
