Tom and Sarah Rumery –Owners and Managers
Tom and Sarah are the founders/owners and have run Osage Gardens as a family-farm, mom-and-pop type business while following their passion for healthy nutritious food and love of growing things for almost 20 years now. Tom and Sarah met, married and started a family in Fairbanks, Alaska where they lived for over 15 years. In 1986 they moved the family to Colorado to be closer to relatives and 5 years later they moved to the western slope of Colorado and started Osage Gardens. Tom has a truly green thumb and was always growing things as a hobby. Together they decided to turn hobby into business –a business that would allow them to raise their three daughters and interact with the community in a positive way. Osage Gardens has expanded and evolved but Mom and Pop are hanging on with their hands in the soil, still growing things. |
