Culinary herbs are typically the leafy green parts of a plant while spices are from the other parts of the plant including the seeds, berries, bark, root or fruit. Culinary herbs differ from vegetables in that they are used in small amounts and provide flavor rather than substance to food

Some plants are used as both a spice and an herb, such as dill (dill seed and dill weed) or cilantro (leaves) and coriander (seeds).
Osage Gardens’ culinary herbs are free of fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol. There are no pesticides, fungicides, hormones or antibiotic used on our herbs.
For your holiday cooking we offer a Poultry Blend of the following herbs: Sage, Rosemary and Thyme.
From time to time we have to buy herbs from another farm. If we can not guarantee its origin to be certified organic we will label it as natural.
We sell but do not grow Bay leaf, Kaffir Lime Leaf and Lemon Grass.
