For your holiday cooking we offer a Poultry Blend of the following herbs: Sage, Rosemary and Thyme. This product will only be offered in the fall.

POULTRY BLEND RECIPE BAKED LEMON CHICKEN
Serves 8 Marinade

3 TBS olive oil
¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
2 TBL chopped Osage Poultry Blend
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper to tasteWashed and pat dry 8 skinless boneless chicken breasts halves.Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Arrange chicken breasts in a one layer baking dish and roast in a preheated 400 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the juices run clear.

TURKEY STUFFING WITH POULTRY BLEND AND WILD MUSHROOMS
For 14 to 16 Lb Turkey

1 Lg Yellow onion diced
1 Lb mixture of Portobello and shitake Mushrooms sliced
1 Lg loaf of dried bread crumbs (approx. 8 cups)
2 TBL butter for sautéing
2 TBL Osage Poultry Blend
¼ lb butter and water brought to a boil
Lightly sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
Toss the bread crumbs with boiling water and butter until just moistened. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms, Osage poultry blend
And season to taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy!!!!!
